About

What is a CFO, anyway?

Is a CFO a controller? No — a controller handles the recording of transactions and filing tax returns. The CFO plans, develops, organizes, and directs the company’s fiscal functions.

A CFO focuses on the company’s strategic plans and navigates the company through turbulent economic headwinds. They provide significant input on managing the income and expenses by providing forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.

What a Fractional CFO
brings to the table

Focus: A fractional CFO dedicates time to your financial matters, allowing you time to run the business.

Experience: A fractional CFO commands a variety of skills, namely knowledge of GAAP, experience analyzing data, negotiations, and education.

Flexibility: A fractional CFO supports your business as time is required.

Savings: Companies benefit from the experience, flexibility, and focus without the cost of a full-time CFO.
